For UK Home Renovation Companies

Stop chasing leads. Start closing booked jobs.

Two to three qualified renovation projects in your diary every month — booked, confirmed and ready to quote. Not a spreadsheet of phone numbers for you to work through after tea.

Meta and Instagram advertising built around how homeowners actually decide to renovate. We don’t hand you leads. We hand you appointments.

  • Works when an agency has already let you down
  • Works when the diary’s full now and February worries you
  • Works when you’re in a market town rather than a city
  • Works when you’ve tried running ads yourself and got nowhere

Three onboarding slots a month. We’d rather build four campaigns properly than twelve badly.

  • Rolling monthly
  • Appointments, not enquiries
  • Renovation trades only
  • Numbers reported weekly

The Honest Bit

You’re not short of skill. You’re short of a pipeline.

Nearly every renovation firm we speak to is excellent at the work and completely at the mercy of where the next job happens to come from.

“Everything comes through recommendations. Brilliant while it’s flowing. Terrifying the month it stops.”
“Half the people ringing us are collecting a third quote to beat down whoever they’d already chosen.”
“I priced a full kitchen three weeks ago and haven’t heard a word since. No idea if I was too dear or just forgotten.”
“March was the best month we’ve ever had. April, almost nothing. You can’t plan a business around that.”
“I put £600 into boosting posts and got two messages, one of them from somebody selling me SEO.”
“Between being on site, pricing jobs and chasing invoices, marketing gets whatever’s left of Sunday evening.”

Then

Quiet months. Unanswered quotes. A business that runs on hope.

Now

A full diary, serious homeowners, and months you can plan around.

How It Actually Works

Scroll to signed — the three stages we run for every client

Generating enquiries is the easy part. The hard part is everything after it — separating the serious homeowners from the browsers, replying before they’ve moved on, and staying on it until there’s a date in the diary. That’s the part we own.

Stage 01 — Get Seen

Ads that look like your work, not like adverts

  • Postcode-level targeting drawn around the areas you actually travel to
  • Creative built from your own finished projects — real rooms, real transformations
  • Written to address what genuinely stops people committing: cost, mess, timescales, trust
  • Deliberately unappealing to anyone hunting the cheapest quote going
  • Judged on jobs booked, never on clicks bought

Stage 02 — Sort the Serious Ones

A reply inside a minute, and the right questions asked

  • A response within 60 seconds, while the lead is still warm
  • Scope, timeline, budget range and postcode established before it reaches you
  • Anyone outside your patch or well under budget is filtered out quietly
  • What arrives on your phone is worth the drive

Stage 03 — Get It in the Diary

Confirmed appointments, and follow-up that doesn’t give up

  • Dates drop straight into whatever calendar you already use
  • Reminders that stop no-shows before they happen
  • Anyone who goes quiet after a quote gets chased — politely, and more than once
  • One weekly page: spend, appointments, cost per booked job, what closed
  • Budget only goes up when the numbers say it should
  1. Ad seen
  2. Enquiry lands
  3. Replied in 60s
  4. Qualified
  5. Date confirmed
  6. You quote
  7. Job won

A Fair Question

Why not just hire any marketing agency?

Most Agencies

Leave the follow-up to you
Run the follow-up, the reminders and the chasing

Reply to every enquiry in under a minute, day or night
Send a monthly deck full of reach and impressions
Send one weekly page: spend, appointments, cost per job, what closed
Tie you in for twelve months
Rolling monthly — you stay because it’s working
Invoice the same whether it worked or not
Miss the number, don’t get paid

Where We Put Our Money

Two booked renovation jobs in your first 30 days — or you don’t pay us.

Two doesn’t sound like many. On a £30,000 extension it’s the difference between a quarter that works and one that doesn’t.

We’re new, and you’d be daft to take that on faith. So don’t. Hold us to a number instead.

If there aren’t two qualified booked jobs in your diary after 30 days, we keep working for free until there are.

Most months we’re aiming for three or more. Two is the floor, not the ambition.

A booked job means: a homeowner inside your service area, with a project you’d actually want to quote for, a realistic budget, a timeline within [X] months, and a confirmed date and time in your diary.

Ad spend is yours and goes straight to Meta — we don’t touch it and we don’t take a percentage of it. Our fee is the part at risk.

Being Straight With You

This suits some firms and not others

Worth a conversation if…

  • You fit kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, lofts or full refurbishments
  • You could take on more work tomorrow if it turned up
  • You’re tired of the diary being decided by whoever happens to recommend you that week
  • You’d rather quote three serious homeowners than twenty curious ones
  • You’ll answer the phone and turn up when we book you in
  • You’ve got something set aside for ad spend on top of the fee

Probably not if…

  • You want enquiries as cheap as possible and aren’t fussed who they are
  • You can’t get to an appointment within a week of it being booked
  • You need work by Friday — the first few weeks go on finding what performs
  • You’re booked solid for the next year and happy to stay that way
  • You’d rather not look at the numbers

We’ll tell you on the call if we don’t think it’ll work. That’s cheaper for both of us than finding out in month three.

The Questions We Always Get

Asked and answered

Usually because whoever ran them was being judged on how cheap the enquiries were, then handed them over and disappeared. Cheap enquiries are worthless if none of them become jobs. Everything here is built around renovation buyers specifically, and we stay involved through the part that decides whether you get paid — the follow-up.

Until the month they aren’t. Referrals are seasonal, they’re outside your control, and you can’t turn them up when things go quiet. This doesn’t replace them — it means a slow spell stops being a problem.

Best possible time to set this up. A pipeline takes a few weeks to warm up, so building one while you’re busy means you never have the quiet-month panic in the first place.

It isn’t, if the jobs are small. Two extensions or three kitchens is a substantial month for most firms we speak to. We’d rather promise a number we’ll comfortably beat than quote you forty enquiries and deliver forty time-wasters.

Neither do we — they cost us the guarantee. Generic ‘free quote’ adverts attract exactly that crowd, so we don’t run them. The creative and the qualifying questions are built to filter for homeowners who care how it turns out.

Targeting is drawn around your actual service radius rather than a broad national campaign. If there are homeowners near you with tired kitchens and lofts they’ve been meaning to convert, there’s a campaign in it.

Depends on your area and how many jobs you’re after — you’ll get a straight figure on the call, not a proposal three days later. Ad spend is separate and goes directly to Meta.

No. All contracts are on a rolling monthly basis — you can stop at the end of any month. We’d rather keep you because the work pays for itself than because a twelve-month agreement says you have to stay.

Photographs of finished work, half an hour for the kickoff, and a commitment to turn up to the appointments. That’s it.

Stop chasing. Start closing.

Twenty minutes. We’ll look at your area, the jobs you want more of, and what your competitors are already running — then tell you plainly whether this is worth doing. If it isn’t, you’ll still leave with the plan.

No obligation, no pressure, and no forty-slide deck.
